share my solution here. :)</p>
<p>In reference to closed topic <a href=

I've decided to start the emulator in a setup fixture (single
fixture for the entire test class). This allows the solution to
work both locally and on AppVeyor.<br>
My solution checks if the emulator is already running and, if
needed, starts it. At the end of Azure Storage related tests, if
the emulator was down before tests, stops it.</p>
