Problem with authorizing github organization from appveyor organization

I'm trying to follow other topics here but I can't get it to work.

I have an organization "commandlineparser" in appveyor that uses an email logon (not using github) to create projects to allow others to edit the appveyor settings. I linked this to my personal github account that has full admin rights on the github organization "commandlineparser" but when trying to add the project, the commandlineparser organization and repo aren't showed.

    I have the same problem.
I've created a new appveyor account, added my personal github account as an administrator, but i still don't see repo listed in appveyor. I am an owner of that repo.

As long as your account used for GitHub authorization entered at, has access to your GitHub organization, you should be able to add repositories from that organization to AppVeyor. If you cannot, on GitHub, under your account, please go to Settings > Authorized OAuth Apps, then select AppVeyor CI and check organizational access.

Also please open Settings > Third-party access for your organization and check that both AppVeyor’and AppVeyor CI are approved.

It seems like Appveyor changed something in the interface and now its working.
