We may have a very similar issue with the astropy organization. We didn't have any jobs running for 2 days, and it was 3 days since the last one run on our main repository. The difference to the case above is that we don't even have jobs being queued.

It supposed to be OK, isn't it to do the re-authentication from under my account and not the organization login?

bsipocztag:help.appveyor.com,2012-11-13:Comment/442536672017-12-15T22:53:24Z2017-12-15T22:53:24ZAppVeyor stopped working for our open source project

GitHub authorization is account-level, not user-level in AppVeyor. I am not sure we use the same terminology though (https://www.appveyor.com/docs/team-setup/#definitions).
I suppose you use "account" term when talking about AppVeyor user and "organization" when talking about account.

Ilya Finkelshteyn
