Can't build any of my projects

I'm getting following error on all my projects when trying to build: 'An error occurred while updating the entries. See the inner exception for details.'

Where is the inner exception? Do you having general problems on your build server?

    It should be working again. Apparently, AppVeyor SQL Azure database has reached it's quota. We increased the quota and switched database back to write mode.
