Switching from MSBuild to Script does not disable pre-build scripts

Hi - I had a build set up with the MSBuild runner. I then switched to Script instead, but upon running the build the (now-hidden) pre-build PowerShell script that was set up as part of the MSBuild runner still executed. Example build here: https://ci.appveyor.com/project/serilog/serilog/build/67
