The remote server returned an error: (500) Internal Server Error on Push-Artifact

I think I have the same problem as

The log is here

Is there anything I can do on my end to fix it?

    Right now you can just ping us with this issue. Artifacts retention work is still in progress. We unblocked you for now. Sorry for the trouble.
