On a pull request, as soon as a build is started, it seems appveyor sets the success flag on the commit. So you will get an "Ok to merge" before the test is even finished. I guess this is a bug? It should be settings the success flag after all builds for that commit has been run.

    Flashing green status is source branch commit's original status. Then AppVeyor immediately sets pending on it.
