Nuget - Rolling Back. Illegal characters in path

Hi there

We are publishing our project to Nuget through Appveyor and it seems to be happening successfully except for some some warnings.
When I attempt to download the package I get the following error

Rolling Back. Illegal characters in path.

If I publish the package manually to the same feed with Nuget Package explorer then everything seem to work fine. Do you have any ideas? Build log attached

   Hi Conor,

   Could you please elaborate where do you get that "Rolling Back" error? Screenshot would be helpful.
