It seems that NuGet isn't getting the version of wix needed for my project to compile. It gets all the other packages just fine. You can find my project at https://ci.appveyor.com/project/coder2000/airmanager

I think it might be the order it's loading. The project is loading and relies on a file in WiX while the package hasn't been downloaded yet because NuGet doesn't run until after the project loading.

Use "nuget restore <solution>" command in "before build" script to restore packages. It should do the trick.

I was reading up on that and wondering how I would do it here. Thanks.
