Ubuntu image setup stops during install of msodbcsql17

Is anyone else seeing this? It seems the Ubuntu images is now stopping at the baseline setup during installation of the msodbcsql17 component because it's now prompting for acceptance of license:

    This is package msodbcsql17 requires a user to accept EULA during execution of apt-get upgrade.
    You can add the variable to that command:
    sudo ACCEPT_EULA=Y apt-get -y upgrade

    Unfortunately, that is how msodbcsql17 package was written...
