Here's what I've figured out so far:

If I have a window of "Git bash" ("C:\Program Files
(x86)\Git\bin\sh.exe" -login -i) running in the background I do not
get the "bash.exe: warning: could not find /tmp, please create!"
thing. (however closing the window causes the tests to go back to
failing). Seems to be some side-effect of git bash running (which
is odd, because I have the same version installed on my local
machine!)

Trying now to figure out something more-permanent that could be
done during VM baking.

asottiletag:help.appveyor.com,2012-11-13:Comment/359957152015-02-23T05:02:56Z2015-11-18T20:11:45ZHaving issues with configured git-bash

Well, didn't figure out a permanent solution, I guess my crappy
workaround is going to be
bash -c tox
instead of

tox
.

asottiletag:help.appveyor.com,2012-11-13:Comment/359957152015-02-23T17:42:36Z2015-02-23T17:42:36ZHaving issues with configured git-bash

Great, thanks for the update!

Feodor Fitsner
