Build stack in "queued" state

Looks like my builds stack too, any chance somebody from staff can take a look? The [build](https://ci.appveyor.com/project/azat/libevent/build/2.2.0.4) scheduled only 5mins ago, but I had a few more before (I canceled the already, since I tried to optimize it a little, i.e. collapsing matrix size from 9 to 2), and I'm waiting for ~1hour (or so) for build to start without any luck.

Thanks in advance.
Azat.

    Hi Azat,

It should be fixed now. Please restart the build.

    Hi Feodor,

Thanks, it seems to work now.

Also I noticed that this is not the first time, plus there are other people with the same problem, so does this issue something that can happen in the future again?
And all I can do is post here?

Azat, this is know issue in queuing engine, but it is much more rare now. Some mitigation implemented and if this issue happens it self-heals in about build timeout time range. Then next build will unblock the queue. But if someone noticed that earlier, we are happy to unblock manually. Permanent fix is coming, but we cannot say specific ETA.
