The previous build which was run 4 days ago worked fine, but the builds are falling now.

I've tried running C:\msys64\autorebase.bat but that didn't work.

Can you go to that latest successful build and click Re-build Commit button.

Actually I have tried that many times (I deleted these builds so you can't see it), and this time it's not working either: https://ci.appveyor.com/project/DDoSolitary/lxrunoffline/build/1.0.207/job/oireigvxuhusj9ny

No, i meant the last successful build (i.e. this one).
This way we can rule out any build machine changes breaking your build.

Try removing the -y flag from your before_build: pacman command.
    Changing this,

    C:\msys64\usr\bin\bash -l -c "pacman -Sy --needed --noconfirm base-devel mingw-w64-x86_64-toolchain mingw-w64-x86_64-libarchive mingw-w64-x86_64-boost 2>&1"

    to this.
    C:\msys64\usr\bin\bash -l -c "pacman -S --needed --noconfirm base-devel mingw-w64-x86_64-toolchain mingw-w64-x86_64-libarchive mingw-w64-x86_64-boost 2>&1"

I just recalled that MSYS2 always asks me to restart the shell after upgrading pacman, so I tried upgrading pacman separately and it worked. Thanks for your help.
