Appveyor build stops (no more output)
For some (or a lot of my builds) I have the build that apparently the console just doesn't get any output anymore (and it also appears like the tests stopped running. One example would be [this build](https://ci.appveyor.com/project/PragTob/shoes4/build/25-master). I also have a build where [it worked](https://ci.appveyor.com/project/PragTob/shoes4/build/24-appveyor).
The build just keeps hanging there doing nothing until eventually it times out...
Notice that both of them feature the error message `io/console not supported; tty will not be manipulated ` - not sure if it is related or not. Could also be a JRuby problem. Not sure.
Has anyone encountered this before? Is it a known problem?

Of course, I'm an idiot and deleted the old project together with all build history, I got a new one and expect it to soon exhibit the same odd behavior: https://ci.appveyor.com/project/PragTob/shoes4/build/1.0.2
