Pushed my open source project a few hours ago and it's still in the queue
Hi, I pushed my open source project https://github.com/rdireen/spherepy a few hours ago and it's still in the queue. I have been pushing the project up quite a bit as I've been learning the system. Is there a throttling that happens if I push to often?

Hi Randy,
There is currently build running: https://ci.appveyor.com/project/rdireen/spherepy/build/1.0.25
all others are queued: https://ci.appveyor.com/project/rdireen/spherepy/history as only one concurrent job is allowed.

Thanks for the speedy reply, you guys are great. I totally see what
happened now. I was pushing things too quickly and didn't spend enough time
looking to see what was already baking.
