Deployment to Github Releases produces error
I can not deploy to github at the moment because the error described here is still present:

I use an API key I generated on gihub, it has the repo_public permission and I encrypted it using the appveyor website. I had to disable deployment for now, because of this.
What am I doing wrong?

If you're configuring GitHub provider on UI then you don't have to encrypt API key.
