Builds do not trigger automatically

I have set up an AppVeyor account for an organization (AirIndemnite), linked with a GitHub organization (https://github.com/AirIndemnite) as a gitHub app. Every repo there is private.
I have tried to create a new project on a repository with an appveyor.yml file: everything works fine except that builds are not triggered automatically with every push. Webhooks are not created on the repository. I have tries several times and made sure I had admin access on both sides (AppVeyor and GitHub).

Any idea?

    Hi Mathieu,

Are you able to star a new build with New build button?

    Mathieu,

We've found the issue in webhook validation code. An update with the fix is coming later today. Sorry for the inconvenience!

Well, it's working now. No webhooks are registered on the repository though (just saying for your information).

    Thank you for the support.

Yep, that's correct - no repo webhooks anymore! :) With GitHub Apps there is a centralized webhook we control.
