Viewing queues and queue problems

We have a 8 builder plan on the 'chef' account. The best way I know how to tell of the status of the queue is viewing this page for queued jobs across our repositories: https://ci.appveyor.com/account/chef/projects

That page shows a few builds that appear to be stuck in a 'cancelling' phase from a year ago:
https://ci.appveyor.com/project/chef/habitat/builds/11157297
https://ci.appveyor.com/project/chef/inspec/builds/13888795
https://ci.appveyor.com/project/chef/inspec/builds/11048821

If I go to those builds, all the jobs are finished but it says the build is still cancelling.

Any chance those builds are blocking part of the queue? Can we get them cleared from display either way? Is there a better way for me to see the status of the queue for the entire account?

    Hi Bryan,

We fixed those builds. They are now in cancelled state.

Page you use to see all running builds is correct one. I admit that this is not the best representation and we are thinking about how to display it clearer.

Those 3 "cancelling" builds did not affect your concurrent jobs limit, as they were incorrect database records, but for calculating available jobs limit we use different source (Redis cache).

Please feel free to ping us with any additional questions.

    Ilya.
