GitHub webhooks are failing to cause builds to be queued?

Worked a couple of hours ago, but now github webhooks aren't causing builds to be queued in Appveyor. GitHub confirms the webhook was delivered and acknowledged by Appveyor with a 204 response.

    Figured this out - seems to be a bug (or misunderstanding on my part) of how commit filtering works:

    I had the below filter in my appveyor.yml. In the PR in question, there were files both inside and outside of the filtered paths - I thought this would mean the build should run in Appveyor. But it didn't. When I removed this block from appveyor.yml, everything ran as expected.

    only_commits:
      files:
        - src/Shelf.Web/
        - scripts/
        - appveyor.yml
