Some of my builds started failing due to missing C:\Qt\5.11.1\msvc2015 folder
It looks like the folder has been removed by mistake or the pre-installed list hasn't been updated: https://www.appveyor.com/docs/windows-images-software/#qt
The build is: https://ci.appveyor.com/project/arobenko/comms-champion

C:\Qt\5.11.1\msvc2015_64 seems to be missing as well

    Hi Alex,

Sorry for the trouble. New image with Qt 5.11.2 was deployed yesterday. Please use C:\qt\5.11 alias so minor Qt upgrade do not affect you.

If you run dir C:\Qt during the build you can see all actual folder and symlinks (junction points) and understand the structure.

Check updates page to be aware if changes. Also you can subscribe to technical updates at https://ci.appveyor.com/notifications -- we send only important technical information and not very often.

If there is some special reason you need exactly Qt 5.11.1, you can use the "Previous" build worker image, but it will be replaced with the current after next major images update.

    Ilya.
