<p>We've been seeing an issue, where Appveyor cannot connect to our Octopus Deploy web server, with the error below:</p>
<p>[00:05:44] System.Exception: Unable to connect to the Octopus Deploy server. See the inner exception for details. ---> System.Net.Http.HttpRequestException: An error occurred while sending the request. ---> System.Net.WebException: Unable to connect to the remote server ---> System.Net.Sockets.SocketException: A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond 159.100.137.132:443</p>

<p>There have been no changes to the infrastructure or Octopus application and cannot see any hits on our firewalls for 159.100.137.132.</p>
<p>Would you guys be able to help track the issue?</p>

<p>Most probably your server has a white-list of IPs from which deployment can be made. We did a lot of IP changes recently. Please check actual IPs here: <a href="https://www.appveyor.com/docs/build-environment/#ip-addresses">https://www.appveyor.com/docs/build-environment/#ip-addresses</a>.</p>
<p>Also please subscribe to "Technical updates" at <a href="https://ci.appveyor.com/notifications">https://ci.appveyor.com/notifications</a> to avoid this kind of surprises.</p>

<p>All done - do you know if there is a way we can find out IPs are changing other than looking at the IP Addresses page each time as it has caught us out twice now.</p>
