I have
skip_branch_with_pr: true
(https://github.com/CelestiaProject/Celestia/blob/7e226274b93185bfe1...)

But still have 2 Appveyor run: one for the branch, and another one for the PR (https://ci.appveyor.com/project/375gnu/celestia/builds/21588381 and https://ci.appveyor.com/project/375gnu/celestia/builds/21588384)

Hlebtag:help.appveyor.com,2012-11-13:Comment/467953002019-01-14T18:02:58Z2019-01-14T18:02:58Zbranch is built despite `skip_branch_with_pr: true`

Are you using the
Create a new branch for this commit and start a pull request.
option in GitHub when committing changes?

Owen McDonnelltag:help.appveyor.com,2012-11-13:Comment/467953002019-01-14T20:06:41Z2019-01-14T20:06:42Zbranch is built despite `skip_branch_with_pr: true`

No, I don't use it. I usually work locally and then push my branches. That branch was made locally without any changes through web-ui.

But today's PR was run as expected, only with pr-build

Hlebtag:help.appveyor.com,2012-11-13:Comment/467953002019-01-14T23:23:38Z2019-01-14T23:23:38Zbranch is built despite `skip_branch_with_pr: true`

So are you only seeing this behaviour on initial opening of pull request? If so can you take a quick look at this issue.

Owen McDonnell
