If nuget is down fallback to myget. I can't think of any cons. Most projects sync the two.. Thoughts?

    How would you configure that?

I'm thinking all you need to do is add a package source for myget to the
nuget config. But I think it still will hit nuget first.

Is there a global MyGet feed with all public packages?

    I thought there is one:

    http://docs.myget.org/docs/reference/package-source-discovery but I'm not
    internally sure.
