<p>Probably, cause of your problem is a different build of <code>jupyter_client-5.2.4</code> being downloaded. It is <code>py_0</code> for <a href="https://ci.appveyor.com/project/pyviz/hvplot/builds/21903379/job/8pjnqvngx5r3r6dd#L438">successful build</a> and <code>py_1</code> for <a href="https://ci.appveyor.com/project/pyviz/hvplot/builds/21921315/job/yr6fahphkmxw1cim#L438">failed</a>.</p>
