Unable to see collaborator project

Hi,

We just subscribed to a pro plan through a company account and the account added me as a collaborator, yet I can't see the projects.
Is this normal ? How am I supposed to share projects ?

   Hi Kevin,

   You should sign out and then sign in to switch the account - you'll see a dropdown with the list of accounts.

   I did so, and I'm using the proper account ([email blocked]), but I
   cannot see the projects created by the user TechAbc ([email blocked]
   ).

   Could you please drop a screenshot of your sign in screen? Then, after you select TechABC from dropdown a screenshot of projects and account pages.

   I did not understand at first that the system works like an account
   delegation, but I figured it out.
