Frequent hanging builds
About 40% of our 40 runs over the last two weeks show as failed because one of the eight builds that get run on each commit hangs for no apparent reason. All that shows in the log is "Build started", eg https://ci.appveyor.com/project/swig/swig/build/1.0.60/job/oah0fon54x582uhe which then times out after 40 minutes. 40% is a very high false failure rate. Is this normal or a temporary blip or something wrong in our setup?

Yeah, this is not good. We should find the source of that issue. Next time it happens could you please post here a message while it's running so we could hop into VM via RDP and see what's going on.

OK, the problem is not in lost communication, but in provisioning algorithm. We'll be investigating this case - you may cancel this job for now. Sorry for the hassle.

This is the other kind of hang we often see which is happening now. 'git clone' gets stuck. See
