Support for "child" projects or otherwise organizing deployment projects

We have a decent amount of projects (various web products, APIs, etc) deployed to Google AppEngine and/or GKE. Because neither is supported as a native "Environment" target, we have 2-3 deployment projects for each.

This explosion of projects has made navigating them a bit more annoying, particularly when it comes to a lot of services which share common namespaces and stuff.

A few thoughts on things that could make a world of difference in usability:

1) General support for tagging projects and browsing/filtering accordingly. E.g., I might tag this "API, Deployment, Dependent-On-XYZ" and then be able to filter based on the tags
2) The concept of a parent project, so the main build would be the only thing that shows up by default on the homepage, but then the other projects (which are kicked off on deployment anyway) would only be shown on a drill down

Or maybe there's a way to do this that I'm missing now?
