The cmdlet itself is not a problem at all. It exists on Pro
environment images and you don't need to specify
os
. I
tested it here:
https://ci.appveyor.com/project/FeodorFitsner/simple-console/build/...

Then that
The method or operation is not
implemented
error comes from AppVeyor custom PowerShell host
and it means cmdlet is asking for some input which obviously not
supported/implemented. Most probably there are some parameters
missing while calling that cmdlet.

Feodor Fitsnertag:help.appveyor.com,2012-11-13:Comment/368440032015-05-18T12:03:32Z2015-05-18T12:03:32ZSwitch-AzureWebsiteSlot

Right. Would it be possible to have the errors passed through so
we can see what's going on. As you can see, I went through about 70
builds trying to debug that :)

I have no idea why the command works for me and not there which
also makes it difficult for me to debug.

Is it possible to connect to your servers and run powershell
commands directly?

conortag:help.appveyor.com,2012-11-13:Comment/368440032015-05-18T17:19:24Z2015-05-18T17:19:24ZSwitch-AzureWebsiteSlot

You can look into VM via RDP:

I think the issue may have been due to running commands
that require confirmation. Adding a -Force flag got the build
through.

conor
