Build hangs nondeterministically
Hi,
one of our builds just hang: https://ci.appveyor.com/project/sils1297/coala/build/1.0.242/job/qsoicjoswcgimuoy
I suppose this is nondeterministically as all others have passed. So I'm assuming it might be a problem on your side. Not sure how to reproduce but we need reliable, reproducable results in a CI.

I can verify this. Build breaks or get's fixed due to timeout and / or hanging without reason. Cancelling and rebuilding same build without new commits yields new results..
