First project on Appveyor. Signed in with my GitHub account and installed and authorized Appveyor app for the repo I am working on. New project page appears, says "AppVeyor is authorized as GitHub App." When I hover over the name of my GitHub repo, a (+) Add icon appears. When I click on that, I get a red banner: "There was an error while trying to complete the current operation. Please contact AppVeyor support." Please advise :-)

Great - this has worked and I was able to trigger a New Build.

Was the problem due something I did wrong? And where could I have found instructions how to proceed correctly (I'm writing a "how-to" for my students, so this bit of troubleshooting advice will be useful).

    Thanks!

No, it is not your fault at all :)

    :-P

Just part of the normal experience then? Should I even mention this in the guide I'm writing?

    Cheers,
    Boris

No, it is false positive in our abuse prevention system, it is not a normal experience.
