Unit tests - a very long testing (~2min per test)

After latest your updates - AppVeyor 3.0.5!

For example: https://ci.appveyor.com/project/3Fs/vssolutionbuildevent/build/buil...

We have 317 test.. so it should be finished after ~10 hours :)
Please fix it

And also bonus :)

Sometimes I see next problems if pushed a few commits, for example:

fatal: Remote branch  not found in upstream origin
Unexpected end of command stream
Command exited with code 128

it's not comfortable at least if a few HEAD of branches point to identical sha1
and/or maybe it's related, my old issue on bitbucket: https://bitbucket.org/site/master/issue/11033/problem-long-delays-w...

   MSTest issue has been fixed - thanks for timely heads up.

   Though need more investigation around "bonus" issue :)
