Unable to upgrade to Basic Plan or cancel my free pl;an
Trying to upgrade to basic plan, which it seems that I have to cancel my free account. WHen I try to cancel my free account nothing happens. Almost appears that the functionality is broke. Trid on both IE and Chrome, and no dice.

This does not seem to be fixed for me. My current plan is "Free (VS 2015)". Canceling seems to do nothing.

Thanks, that worked! It would be cool to have a 14-day period of free
upgrades. I'm evaluating AppVeyor right now. I created a free account a
couple days ago, but I want to work with a private repository.

Sure. I signed up two days ago when I had a choice of free or 14-day trial. I chose free. Now that I want to build a private repo, I just upgraded and paid the monthly fee. Had I chose the 14-day trial initially, I could have tested building with my private repo during the eval period. No big deal. Live and learn.
