Strange Builds being triggered

I have just created a build and then created an appveyor branch, each time I push to that branch two builds are being triggered. A master build pointing at a Sha which doesn't exist and the build for the AppVeyor branch.

Unsure what is happening, so just opening a discussion to try to understand.

    It's GitHub calling AppVeyor webhook two times: 1) push to the branch and 2) PR sync.
