I get this weird `Command exited with code 255` error on https://ci.appveyor.com/project/ionelmc/python-hunter/builds/24671094/job/w0qo07hskwu4b9uf

But I can't figure out the cause. The batch script seems fine to me. I've tried adding `echo on` but the error still doesn't make sense :/

    Does it make a difference if you change the syntax to exactly match the following?

    on_success:
    - cmd: >-
        ECHO ON

        SETLOCAL EnableDelayedExpansion

        IF DEFINED WHEEL_PATH (
          %PYTHON_HOME%\Scripts\twine check %WHEEL_PATH%/*.whl
          %PYTHON_HOME%\Scripts\twine upload --repository-url https://test.pypi.org/legacy/ --skip-existing %WHEEL_PATH%/*.whl
        ) ELSE (
          ECHO No wheels to upload.
        )

    I doubt. But I give up on this batch nonsense - I have replaced that with powershell. Ugly but it works.
