It seems that the "c:\Tools\vcpkg" directory does not exist on the machine despite that being the recommended way to run vcpkg on the AppVeyor official documentation shown near the bottom of the page here: <a href="https://www.appveyor.com/docs/lang/cpp/">https://www.appveyor.com/docs/lang/cpp/</a></p>
