It is related to the breaking changes in Bitbucket OAuth 1.0 API. AppVeyor fix is coming in a day or so. To unblock you right now, we can reset your Bitbucket authorization (with your permission). Then you need to go to Account > Authorizations and re-authorize Bitbucket.
