<p>But on the current Windows images (Visual Studio 2013-2019) the actual value is <code>True</code>.<br>

It will go away soon, as we are rolling out a new cross platform build agent on build VMs (it is different agents for Windows and Linux now). It will be all low-case.</p></div>Ilya Finkelshteyn
