R package build fails due to the error: Cannot find definition for package `gsl`

I have recently published an R package named cvcqv. It is successfully built on Linux machines (travis.ci) and also on CRAN virtual machines including windows. On AppVeyor, I receive "Error: Cannot find definition for package gsl". However, I had not faced such error in my previous builds. Previously, I faced a similar problem with gsl in another package, which made me ask on stackoverflow. It was resolved automatically. I use an identical configuration, but it has not yet been fixed.
Is there someone who can help me?

    Dear Owen,
Thank you for your suggestion. I added it to my appveyor.yml but it did not help.
    Regards,
