Problem downloading pull request

it looks like AppVeyor has trouble finding the right commit for this pull request:

If you open https://travis-ci.org/mamedev/mame/builds/70983921 and click "Commit 099a34e" link on the right you'll get "not found".
Try do not use "shallow_clone" to see if it helps.

Thank you, disabling "Fetch repository as zip archive" seems to make it work. Maybe a note can be added to the user interface.
