Build immediately fails with no log output, but error message says to look at the logs

Our builds have been failing recently, though it's not clear as to why. The only error output I see is "An error occurred while executing the command definition. See the inner exception for details." Yet there is no exception to see... Any help to figure out what's going on would be appreciated.

Open General tab of project settings and increment build number. That should do a trick.
