Long queue for build testing
My builds have been going smoothly until recently where my test build has been in queue for quite sometime.

Have you switched to a custom build worker image recently?

I have been switching build environments from Windows server to visual studio and back again. I just now switched it to Prev VS 2014 CTP4 and its stuck in queue

Ah, OK. It's not stuck, it's just getting build on Azure and it takes like 3-4 min to provision a new worker there. All custom images are on Azure.
Btw, may I ask why would you need to build on Prev VS 2014 CTP4?
