Compilation constants problem
Dear Support-Team,
I've recently added source from other repo via Paket to this one under AppVeyor (github.com/gsscoder/commandline).
One of these files: https://github.com/gsscoder/railwaysharp/blob/master/src/RailwaySharp/ErrorHandling.cs uses a feature from NET 4.5 disabled by ERRH_DISABLE_INLINE_METHODS set in CommandLine.sln.
Anyway it seems that during AppVeyor build this constant is ignored.

Sorry! My fault... Forgot to set same constants in Release... :(
