Hello

Your CI build fails about 60% of the time because of the connection to the http://52.35.200.2:9000

Here is the output from the PowerShell command

Test-NetConnection -ComputerName "52.35.200.2" -Port 9000 -InformationLevel Detailed
TCP connect to (52.35.200.2 : 9000) failed
Ping to 52.35.200.2 failed with status: TimedOut

As a result, we are getting build failure with the message:
SonarScanner.MSBuild.exe : 22:24:31.509 Failed to request and parse 'http://52.35.200.2:9000/api/server/version': Unable to connect to the remote server

Can anyone help us to resolve this issue?

Could you please clarify what's on that 52.35.200.2 server?

At the moment http://52.35.200.2:9000/api/server/version is not accessible from my local machine either. Looks like the service down?

I guess it's a server firewall :(. We can close this case.

I see. That makes sense as every build is running in a fresh VM on a different virtualisation server or even cloud. Please find all AppVeyor environment IP addresses in this article: https://www.appveyor.com/docs/build-environment/#ip-addresses
