TCP connect failed

Your CI build fails about 60% of the time because of the connection to the

Here is the output from the PowerShell command

Test-NetConnection -ComputerName "" -Port 9000 -InformationLevel Detailed
TCP connect to ( : 9000) failed
Ping to failed with status: TimedOut

As a result, we are getting build failure with the message:
SonarScanner.MSBuild.exe : 22:24:31.509 Failed to request and parse '': Unable to connect to the remote server

Can anyone help us to resolve this issue?

    At the moment is not accessible from my local machine either. Looks like the service down?

    I see. That makes sense as every build is running in a fresh VM on a different virtualisation server or even cloud. Please find all AppVeyor environment IP addresses in this article:
