Github project not working -- why?

Can't start a new project from Github.

For the benefit of future people googling, could you just say whether it's something we can correct on our own, or if it requires support doing something?

    I'm sorry but I couldn't find AppVeyor account with russojd name. GitHub user russojd does not exist either?

    Apparently, udel.edu domain of your GitHub account was in spam list, so registration was marked. It's been fixed now.
