Build works off my machine but not through appveyor
Hello,
We did a Build of the release branch of PSL project on Appveyor. From there, we took the artifacts for SERVICES and put those on the server.It looks like the bin directory that comes back seems to be an older version. There seems to be a discrepancy between the file pslAPI that appveyor creates and my local one as the one from appveyor has some problems apparently. When i replace that file with my local file it works fine which is very weird. Is there anything obvious that you can see which would point to why? We found out because a WCF service could not connect to the database on the server but it was working fine on my local computer.

This is now fixed. Not sure what happened could have been a cache issue but its now working.
