AppVeyor Builds are getting queued back-to-back without trigger

Our AppVeyor builds are called from Jenkins using webhook URL. I see a bunch of builds getting called automatically but they haven't been triggered by Jenkins. Screenshot attached. I need to manually cancel it as it queues up nearly 15-20 builds. How can we analyse and resolve this?

    Hi Suganya,

You are still running builds on Azure (remember we were trying Azure to see if that resolves VPN issue?). When running on Azure cloud it takes around 2-3 minutes to provision and boot up new build VM and you can see it's status as "Starting".

Switch back to our in-house Hyper-V cloud by removing APPVEYOR_BUILD_WORKER_CLOUD environment variable from project settings.

I have uploaded images for you to get an idea of the issue I am talking about. The image shows the timestamps as well. Why are the builds getting triggered?

Can you drop me a link to one of those projects please? We will check the system logs.

I've checked the logs - those builds were not started via webhook. I guess they were started by API calls. If you look at "Events" tab of project (next to "Settings" tab) you'll see who (or which user's API token) started the build.
