I'm having a similar issue.
I've seen similar posts for people having trouble adding projects, and the answer is always "Your account should work now", or something along those lines without an explanation.
Is this just a case of services taking time to synchronous? (i.e. just wait)
Or is there actually something that requires internal action each time?
Sometimes, internal abuse-prevention system flags some new accounts, sometimes by mistake, like in your case your email domain was in a spam list. We fix that on per-case basis. Your account is good now.
