Build queued for 2hrs

Hi,

I have a new build waiting for https://ci.appveyor.com/project/jonas0007/jira-sdk which is now waiting for more then 2 hours to build.
Are there any issues in the build queue causing this delay?

    Looks like it's Azure having issues with provisioning VMs. Looking into that.
