Hi my recent build history has start to be broken due to the fact of cmake not able to satisfy SDL2 library requirement.

I notice that is detecting GCC as a compiler rather than MSVC 19.

I guess something has changed in the Visual Studio 2019 image recently.

here are some references:

working one:
https://ci.appveyor.com/project/Raffaello/sdl2-vga-terminal/builds/32287327/job/4v434jrvw2pnm9xf

and now the broken one:
https://ci.appveyor.com/project/Raffaello/sdl2-vga-terminal/builds/32309404/job/76fyc7sirb2mrbf0

as you can see at the point when cmake is generating the project there is a difference choosing the compiler.
Any particular reason for that?
Should it be fixed from my side or should be fixed from your side?

thanks
regards
