I have been informed to report this:

It is also worth noting, adjusting the build #, seems to be a daily thing now. Something seems funky, is this really something I should be maintaining myself?

   I've been getting this error too, manually updating build number works but I haven't made any updates and I don't have an appveyor.yml, all of my build settings are done through the GUI. https://ci.appveyor.com/project/Anow/an-application

   appveyor.yml has not changed in 10 days: https://github.com/ember-cli/ember-cli/blob/master/appveyor.yml

   Now that doesn't preclude something be malformed, is there a appveyor.yml linting tool I could use to verify?

   Maybe something like: http://docs.travis-ci.com/user/travis-lint/ ?

   Unfortunately no luck, it appears my appveyor.yml file fully validates.

   Any further ideas?

   It looks like there is database operation timeout when it happens. Will be investigating the cause.
