I have been informed to report this:

It is also worth noting, adjusting the build #, seems to be a daily thing now. Something seems funky, is this really something I should be maintaining myself?

    Hi Stefan,

    Make sure appveyor.yml is valid.

I've been getting this error too, manually updating build number works but I haven't made any updates and I don't have an appveyor.yml, all of my build settings are done through the GUI.

appveyor.yml has not changed in 10 days:

Now that doesn't preclude something be malformed, is there a appveyor.yml linting tool I could use to verify?

    Maybe something like: ?

fantastic, thanks for sharing the link.

Unfortunately no luck, it appears my appveyor.yml file fully validates.

    Any further ideas?

It looks like there is database operation timeout when it happens. Will be investigating the cause.

Will fix that this week. Increment build number for now. Sorry for inconveniences.
